After reviewing everything, we’ll give you a detailed plan and a budget for the whole project and what the exact steps are going to be.

It’s imperative that you consolidate your project with each element of your mix separated onto a different track. All the stems must start at the same spot, everything must play on time and each track has to be named according to what it is (e.g. Kick, Snare, HH, synths and not audio 1, audio 2 etc …) specifically, in order for the mix to go smoothly.
For professional formatting, the stems/tracks on your multitrack must all be at 44.1 or 48kHz and at a sample rate of 24bit.

You can also choose to send us your mix for approval beforehand, in order to buy some time and make sure your project is ready to hit the mixing stage. If you feel like you need help for the technical part of the file exporting process, we will help you with it as well. Don’t be shy, just ask ! :)

For the Master Standard service, you have to send uncompressed, lossless stereo files with no dynamic processing on the master bus (no limiter, compressor) and with no clipping (-4dBFS). The recommended file formats are as follows: .wav or .aiff files, 44.1 kHz/24bit or 88.2 kHz/24bit

We really recommend giving us reference tracks in the artistic direction you’d like your project to go, as well as your ideal final volume requirements (e.g. -7 LUFS for standard distribution or -10 LUFS for streaming platforms)

For the Premium Mastering service, same process as the Standard option but with Stems (Drum track, Bass track, Instrument track, Vocal track, FX etc.)

Final export formats (post mastering) are as follows: .wav 44.1 kHz/16bit and AAC 320kbps 24bit.

ID tags and DDP cut as Red Book format are additional services that aren’t included with our Standard and Premium Mastering packages, but we will accommodate you if you need it.
Please take the time to indicate the Studio in the credits of your release, in the description of your music video on YouTube and on distribution websites (DistroKid, Imusicians etc…)

Your mix won’t be automatically processed by an algorithm that doesn’t care and simply applies a cookie-cutter mold around your track to vaguely make it sound like a reference. Your song will actually run through a real, cutting edge analog chain, and we’ll carefully craft the master with our ears and expertise, because we understand your project and your artistic ambitions!

Due our experience of the past, and to work with a peacefull mind, we ask advance payment for small projects on our bank account. You can deposit on our e-banking account in Switzerland.

Send us an email and you will receive the swift code, bank name and bank account number.

For big projects like mixing or mastering an album, we still accept half payment in advance and other half before delivery after you validate the master or your mix. In this case we will send you snippet of 30 seconds.

Sadly not but you can ask for a Paypal bill. We charge 2% more of our regular rates
